“H3 at the IGDA Colombia Launch”.

Higuera Studios was a speaker at the National University, at the launch event of the IGDA Chapter Colombia in Bogota, the first Association of Video Game Developers in Colombia.

Higuera Studios was invited to talk about its history and the rapid growth of this studio during the last years. As part of the effort to consolidate in Colombia a strong arm to face the development of great games, Higuera Studios shows in an exhibition guided by a timeline from the University, how companies like this studios grow from a fusion of many expertise, it is not just about a professional game developer, it is about the energy that an artist or group of artists can put into something that will take the form of a videogame. This exhibition took place in some of the most important universities in Bogota during August 29th and September 8th.

We focus most of our presentation on how this studio took shape, we show just a few examples of our work, but we hope that people interested in video games will take the time to visit our website and get an idea of this business.
